My wolf skull I just got today
I've been wanting one for so long, and I couldn't be happier with it. No flaws aside from a small crack in one of its bottom teeth. (You can see it in the photo) Its a nice sized wolf too.
Hopefully this guy'll help me out with anatomy lol. Skulls and taxidermy are the best reference out there if you don't have the live animal next to you.
You're free to use this if you want as well, just credit me.
To who it may concern - this skull is from Alaska, and is most likely from a wolf that was taken for population control. In places like Alaska and Canada, they are overpopulated. Population culling is beneficial. It keeps populations in check; without it, prey species decline which leads to the starvation of predatory animals, and animals will wander into human settlements looking for that said food, among other things.
